« We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down.. »

« Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. « Beautiful property. The first night the battery was out on the door lock. We went down three times and they gave us a new key card. On the fourth visit downstairs the nice gentleman at the front desk said that he would send a maintenance worker because the battery was dead. We sat in the hall waiting for 20 additional minutes waiting. The second day the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. »

« The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were: I couldn't check in until 6, they have cleaning staffing issues, they finally changed my assessable room with a king bed for a double queen bed on the 4th floor. I tried reaching out to Hilton and they said they would compensate me for the trouble but they didn't. The pool was out of service for one day, they did open it but the water was green and I didn't feel safe getting into the water without getting some...
